These Terms govern your use of the GreatDay Wellness service ("Service"), operated by PT People Intelligence Indonesia (GreatDay HR). By connecting your Huawei Health account to the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service reads your own Huawei Health data (with your consent, read-only) and presents insights and summaries back to you, including through AI assistants you choose to connect.

2. Your responsibilities

You must own the Huawei ID and health data you connect, and be at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and connected assistants secure.
You will not use the Service unlawfully or to access data that is not your own.

3. Consent & revocation

Access requires your explicit authorization via Huawei ID and can be revoked at any time through your Huawei settings. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Not medical advice

The Service provides informational wellness insights only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.

5. Availability & changes

The Service is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreatDay HR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
