Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the GreatDay Wellness service ("we", "us"), operated by PT People Intelligence Indonesia (trading as GreatDay HR), collects, uses, discloses, and protects health and fitness information obtained from Huawei Health when you choose to connect your account. It supplements, and for this integration prevails over, the general GreatDay HR privacy policy.
1. Scope & consent
We access your Huawei Health data only after you grant access through Huawei ID's OAuth 2.0 authorization screen. Access is read-only. You may withdraw consent at any time (see “Your choices & rights”), after which we stop accessing new data.
2. Health & fitness data we access
With your consent, we may read the following categories from Huawei Health Kit. We request read access only; we do not write, alter, or delete data in Huawei Health.

We may read historical data up to the period you authorize (currently up to one year).
3. How & why we use it
- To present your own health and fitness metrics back to you.
- To generate personal wellness insights, trends, and summaries you request — including through AI assistants you explicitly connect to the service.
We do not use your health data for advertising, and we do not sell it. We do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of your explicit consent, which you provide through Huawei ID and may withdraw at any time.
5. Storage, security & retention
Access and refresh tokens and any cached health data are stored in our controlled environment with access restricted to the account owner. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secrets are stored using platform secret management. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, and delete it upon your request or when you disconnect the integration.
6. Sharing
We do not share your health data with third parties for their own purposes. Data is transmitted to third-party services only when you direct it — for example, an AI assistant you connect — and only to fulfill your request.
7. Your choices & rights
- Withdraw access: revoke authorization in your Huawei ID / Huawei Health settings.
- Access & deletion: request a copy or deletion of data we hold by contacting us.
8. Children
This service is not intended for individuals under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
